Topec excels in the ‘One Stop Shopping’ formula, as demonstrated by one of its recent projects.
Last February, Topec installed and commissioned two generator sets in south-east Nigeria. The sets were built to customer specification for one of the world’s largest breweries. The sets primarily provide the main power supply.
Topec had previously serviced the brewery’s existing plant and the experience gained, combined with Topec’s excellent reputation in the new construction field in Nigeria, encouraged the customer to select Topec for this project.
Engineering, construction, assembly and testing were carried out entirely in-house. The generator sets were delivered complete with control panels, and the cooling, fuel and lubrication systems. The sets are now running to the full satisfaction of the customer. Topec is also responsible for maintenance. The relevant agreements have been set out in a tailor-made service contract.
